2024 系統更新

最近我們有更新系統，請確保 ROKU上的5ik.TV 程式是新版 (v3.0) ，建議可以刪除再重新安裝。

您也可以使用其他上網設備，如 iPhone/ iPad，直接前往 5ik.TV 來確認網路狀態。

詳細說明：

1. 在任何可以上網的設備，到 ROKU owner web site ，輸入 channel access code: 5iktv。
2. 回到電視/ROKU畫面，點選Settings -> System Update 來取得更新。
3. 完成更新後，點選遙控器上的Home鍵，應可以看到新增的 5ik.TV。

在ROKU打開 5ik.TV 後，您需聯結5IK.TV帳號

1. 在ROKU遙控器，點選進入剛剛安裝的5ik.TV 程式，畫面會顯示啟動碼。

ROKU older device

We did several testings and found that if the ROKU OS is older than 11.5.0, it causes problems.

To view the device info, please navigate to Settings -> System -> About.

Below are more detailed description on how we did the testing:

1. Factory Reset (it will take a while)

The Factory Reset is at: Settings -> System -> Advanced system settings -> Factory Reset

2. Adding 5ik.TV to ROKU

3. Software Update

On the ROKU device, visit Software update at: Settings -> System -> Software Update.

Once the update is completed, click the Home button on the remote, 5ik.TV should appeal. 

In case the ROKU OS is older than 11.0.05 which failed in our testing, we recommend the following options: 

1. use other devices such as computers, iPhone, or iPad; 

2. purchase a new device. We recommend Google TV device such as 小米電視棒.

如何使用電腦收看？

在電腦上，我們建議使用Google Chrome瀏覽器收看。以下是所需安裝的2個軟體：

• 請安裝Google Chrome瀏覽器；
• 請安裝 Orign & CORS Changer extension

安裝完成後，如下圖所示，請按右上方Extension鍵，並將Moesif CORS pin到Toolbar。
然後按橘色的按鍵，來將CORS打開：

Make sure Chrome Extension is enabled. 請確認 CORS Changer 狀態是開啟的。


回到『熱映中』頁面，按Control-R重新整理後即可播放。

安裝Chrome extension是一次性的程序。裝好後，您應不用重新安裝。

若持續有問題，請您在電腦上安裝TeamViewer (http://teamviewer.com), 並來信告知TeamViewer所顯示的帳號以及密碼 (應都是數字)。我們會遠端登入支援。

Android TV / Google TV / Amazon FireTV 的安裝/使用

1. 如何安裝

可以直接到Google Play Store 安裝：https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.fiveik.player

也可在Store 搜尋欄中輸入 5ik.tv 。

若因特殊原因無法使用 Google Play Store，請依照以下方式手動安裝：

建議在平板或手機安裝Remote ATV之類的app。這樣就可直接用手機打字，不用遙控器。

硬體/Android需求

5ik.TV 適用於 安卓電視(Android 10或以上) 的相容硬體。如NVidia SHELD、小米電視棒等。

FireTV適用於 安卓系統(Android 6或以上) 的相容硬體。

首先請安裝Downloader 軟體：

請點選上方選單的『應用程式』，然候開啟Google Play商店：

在商店，往下捲動到『應用程式類別』，然後選擇『工具』：

在工具類別裡，選擇並安裝 Downloader程式：

安全性設定

安裝完成後，請允許Downloader來安裝不明應用程式：

如下畫面所示，請到設定 -> 應用程式 -> 安全性與限制：

在『安全性與限制』->『安裝不明應用程式』設定，請讓Downloader有權限：

下載並安裝5ik.TV

接下來打開 Downloader，在URL欄位輸入： 5ik.tv/atv.apk 來下載 5ik.TV apk檔案。

** Amazon FireTV：5ik.tv/firetv.apk

輸入完成，按Go即會開始下載：

下載完成後，請點選安裝。並在警告畫面選擇『仍要安裝』。完成後請打開5ik.TV程式。

2. 5ik.TV的使用

第一次打開5ik.TV時，軟體需要連結您的5ik.TV帳號。請依照指示來完成登入。

登入成功後，5ik.TV會自動開始播放。

您可以按上下鍵來切換頻道、也可以按右鍵打開列表，來快速選擇，選好後按OK鍵來開始播放。

完成收看時，請按HOME鍵或後退鍵來退出。

若您不是在家裡收看，完成收看後請記得登出。否則會因此產生『禁止在多處收看』的錯誤。

2022 ROKU channel update

最新版 Version 2.8 build 20220330

修改按鍵為：

• 上/下/Back：顯示頻道表
• 播放時，左右鍵：切換到上個或下個頻道。

使用說明

進入5ik.TV後會顯示頻道表。請選擇要播放的頻道，然後按OK鍵來播放。

播放時，您可按遙控器的左右鍵，來播放上一個或下一個頻道。
也可按遙控器的上下鍵，來顯示頻道表。

2. 回到ROKU搖控器，請點選Settings -> System -> System Update，然後點選Check Now。完成後5ik.TV即會出現。

3. ROKU 使用說明

進入5ik.TV後會顯示頻道表。請選擇要播放的頻道，然後按OK鍵來播放。

也可按遙控器的上下鍵，來顯示頻道表。

4. 疑難雜症

若5ik.TV一直沒有顯示在主畫面，

• 可能是您有2個ROKU帳號。請確認：
  1. 在ROKU，選擇 Settings -> System -> About screen, 然後記錄所顯示的 Roku account (電子郵件格式).
  2. 在任何可以上網的設備，到 my.roku.com, 所顯示的帳號名稱應該要一樣。
  3. 若不相同，請登出，然後使用與ROKU相同的帳號登入。
• ROKU硬體太舊？
  Software Version 需大於 10.x.x。可以在 Settings -> System -> About 看到此資訊。 
  
  我們測試最舊的硬體 ROKU 2 stick (model 3500x) 還是可使用的。
  
  要更新Software version，請點選 Settings -> System -> System update -> 並按 Check now 按鍵。
  
  若Software version低於10.5.x，且無法更新，您可能需要聯繫ROKU Support來看看到底如何能更新。

Adding 5ik.TV channel to ROKU

First of all, please ensure your ROKU device is running on software version 10.5.xx.

• You can find the info by ROKU remote -> Settings -> System -> About.
• If not, please do Settings -> System -> System upgrade -> Check now.
• If you are unable to upgrade ROKU to 10.5.x, your ROKU might be outdated and you might need to contact ROKU to see how to get it up-to-date.

Using the up-to-get ROKU, you can now install 5ik.TV channel onto ROKU by clicking the link below:

access code: HM666X if you keep getting "page not found error".

You can also visit my.roku.com, and click the "Add channel with a code" link. From there you can use the code above to add the 5iktv channel on ROKU. 

Please do System update again and you should see 5ik.TV shown on the home screen.

When you fire up the 5ik.TV channel, you should see a 5 digital code shown on screen.

Please visit 5ik.tv/roku/ and enter the code. Within a couple seconds, the ROKU screen will show congrat. message indicates the linking is completed.

From there you can start using the 5ik.TV channel.

ROKU/ 5ik.TV app update

Recently there's an update on the ROKU app that requires some work from your end to re-install the 5ik.TV app.

Please follow the instruction below:

1. 使用電腦或 iPhone/iPad, 請登入到 ROKU owner website - https://my.roku.com/
2. 首先請在下方 My Linked Device 部分確認您的 ROKU 有在清單裡 (by serial number).
3. 若沒問題，請點選 https://my.roku.com/add/5iktv
4. 看到 warning message 請點OK 按鍵
5. 然後請點 Yes, add Channel 按鍵

這樣隔幾秒 5ik.TV 就會出現在電視畫面了。 若ROKU沒有在清單裡，請參照以下 Reset ROKU 的說明來重新取得ROKU的 ownership.

UPDATE ROKU APP 

1. On computer or iphone/ipad, click this link: https://my.roku.com/add/5iktv to add updated 5ik.TV app. 
2. You should be onto the ROKU owner web site. Please click "Add private channel" button to consent the adding.
   
3. When complete, you should see updated '5ik.TV' on TV screen within couple seconds. 
4. To speed up the process, you can also click Settings -> System Update on ROKU remote. 

Re-LINK WITH YOUR 5ik.TV ACCOUNT 

1. On ROKU remote, please select 5ik.TV app, and press OK button
2. The Linking screen with 5 digit random code should be shown. Please visit 5ik.tv/roku/ on computer or iphone/ipad to enter the 5 digit code
3. As you enter the code, you should see "您已完成登錄。可立即在Roku上享用全螢幕的直播服務。" message.
4. On TV screen, you should see the "Congratulations!" screen within 5 seconds.

Info you need for the above steps

• ROKU Owner Account. In case the login info is lost. You can reset the password at: https://my.roku.com/password/reset.
• 5ik.TV Account. In case the login info is lost. You can reset the password at: https://5ik.tv/Account/PasswordRecovery.aspx

FAQ

Update to the latest ROKU firmware

In many cases, the latest firmware is needed. So before any action, please check for the update by clicking Settings -> System Update using ROKU remote.

ROKU is not linked !?

Reset ROKU
If the ROKU is owned by previous owner, you might need to reset the ROKU.

To reset, on ROKU remote, press Settings -> System Reset.
